Abstract
In this chapter, I invite you to think of the PGCert not as a final destination, but as a launchpad within a wider professional development ecology. I explore post‑PGCert possibilities from several angles: alumni involvement in the PGCert community; professional recognition routes; SoTL engagement; taught pathways such as PGDip and MA programmes; and more flexible options such as micro‑credentials. I share three case‑based perspectives: a PGCert Refresher, an upskilling initiative for recent alumni and ways of sustaining professional networks beyond the course. By the end of the chapter, I hope you will see your PGCert as one stage in a connected pathway, and feel better equipped to design post‑PGCert offers that are realistic in your context while keeping growth opportunities open for graduates.
